The short version

The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. It makes no network calls to any server outside Atlassian. No data reaches harvizzle, and there is no vendor database holding anything about your pages.

What is stored

One approval record per page, in Atlassian-hosted Forge storage. It contains:

• the Atlassian account ID of the person who requested sign-off, and of each person who approved or requested changes
• each decision, its timestamp, and the optional note typed with it
• how many approvals the page requires
• the page version number at the moment sign-off was requested, so later edits can be detected

The app does not store the page itself, its title, or its contents.

Personal data

The only personal data stored is Atlassian account IDs. Names and avatars shown in the approval list are fetched live from Confluence at the moment you look at it, and are not retained.

The app implements Atlassian's Personal Data Reporting API. Once a week it reports the account IDs it holds to Atlassian, and erases any belonging to an account that has been closed.

Where it is stored

In Forge storage, inside Atlassian's cloud, scoped to your site. It is not accessible to harvizzle, and it is not shared with any third party. There are no analytics, no trackers and no advertising in the app.

Permissions and why they exist

• Read content summary — to read the page's current version number, which is how an approval is known to be out of date.
• Read user — to show approvers' names instead of raw account IDs.
• App storage — to hold the approval record described above.

Deleting your data

Start over clears the decisions on a page. Uninstalling the app removes everything the app has stored for your site. Neither requires contacting us.
