Simple Recurring Issues — last updated 15 September 2026.
The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge. It makes no network calls to any server outside Atlassian. No data reaches harvizzle, and there is no vendor database holding your issues.
When you make an issue repeat, the app stores a copy of that issue inside Atlassian-hosted Forge storage so it can recreate it later. That record contains:
The only personal data stored is Atlassian account IDs, used to assign the issues the app creates. No names, email addresses, avatars or profile details are stored.
The app implements Atlassian's Personal Data Reporting API. Once a week it reports the account IDs it holds to Atlassian, and erases any belonging to an account that has been closed.
In Forge storage, inside Atlassian's cloud, scoped to your site. It is not accessible to harvizzle, and it is not shared with any third party. There are no analytics, no trackers and no advertising in the app.
Deleting a repeat removes its stored record. Uninstalling the app removes everything the app has stored for your site. Neither requires contacting us.
Scheduled work runs without a signed-in person, so recurring issues are created by the app's own Atlassian account and appear with Simple Recurring Issues as the Reporter. The app only ever creates issues in the project the original issue belongs to.
